Role Purpose Statement : The Communications position is responsible for implementing internal and external communication programs in China. As part of the communications team in Europe and Asia, the role will execute our integrated corporate communications program in China, including internal and external channels. He/she will be supporting and implementing effective communication initiatives and projects ensuring alignment with the Bunge culture, messages, brand, and business objectives. The Communications position will closely collaborate with the regional and global communications team, as well as with the leadership team and functions in China. With a hands-on approach, he/she will work to implement all the communication tactics and deliver communications that empower, engage, inform, and support business priorities. Main Accountabilities : • Supports the development and implementation of communications strategies and plans to successfully communicate organizational initiatives both internally and externally in China and for the projects assigned. • Works closely with the broader communications team to coordinate and support the implementation of global, regional or local communication programs and processes in China. • Builds and maintains relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather the exchange of information, support internal communications and engagement while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and priorities and maximize communications opportunities. • Leads and supervises brand and message application and alignment in the country.
