Your Task: Executing
Responsibilities: • Technical Sales Manager will take responsibility for a specific sales area and independently build a customer network in order to position our complex products in the market. • You identify decision-makers at potential customers and convince them via social media, in telephone as well as personal appointments to consider our solutions • Support and manage sales efforts of channel partners within the territory of responsibility. • You understand the challenges of the customers: You orient yourself to market developments and trends and ensure strategic customer development and expansion with your products services. • Together with the sales team, you will carry out sales campaigns in a structured manner. You will cooperate closely with our marketing team. • At trade fairs you support the team in acquiring new customers. • You will act professionally in contract negotiations and independently follow up on the status of negotiations. Qualification • To join as a Technical Sales Manager, you already have professional experience in the area of "Technical Sales" of RF/MW products or have been able to demonstrate your sales talent in other ways. • You have a university degree in a business-related or technical subject • You have already achieved demonstrable sales success and built up a network at decision-maker level thanks to your strong will to perform and succeed. • Overall you convince with good communication skills, diplomatic skills, technical know-how as well as assertiveness and radiate this through a sovereign and professional manner. • Very good language skills in Japanese. English and Chinese language skills are welcome. 一、工作职责
1、抓渠道,会推广。主要负责渠道体系建设项目,统筹制定渠道年度规划方案、推进节奏、过程追踪及阶段复盘。具备一定的品牌推广思维,有品牌活动策划与品牌宣传规划能力。
2、定目标,追过程。拟定渠道建设总目标,并完成目标分解和审定。基于既定渠道策略,盯落地进度,确保市场保质保量完成。
3、勤调研,细复盘。要求每月定期走访市场,拜访商家及终端,掌握市场动态,了解竞品及我品市场情况。定期撰写渠道体系推进简报,复盘动作推进情况,报送领导审阅。
4、做培训,办活动。拟定渠道建设相关的培训资料,定期为市场进行培训。策划并执行相关品牌活动。
二、任职资格
1、大学本科以上学历,市场营销、经济管理等相关专业。
2、3年以上咨询公司或名酒企业相关工作经历。
3、熟悉白酒行业的渠道运作模式,对渠道建设有系统认知,兼具一定品牌推广思维。
4、具备较强逻辑思维、分析与总结能力,具备案例归纳提炼能力、解决问题能力。
5、能熟练操作电脑和使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等技能。
6、责任心强,有良好的道德品质及个人素养。
【工作内容】
1、负责仓库物资存放整齐有序,保持库房整洁;
2、负责物资出/入库管理,严格把关,贯彻先进先出原则,做到物资入库有单据,出库有凭证,不无故拖延发料,不无手续出料,做到及时建卡登录,实现账、卡、物相符;
3、负责各类单据归档整理登记,包括出库单据、入库单据、退库单据归档整理、抽检单据、退料入库单据等吧,单据审核有无正规盖章签字;
4、妥善保存电脑数据安全,对重要数据、资料未经许可,不得修改或删除他人电脑中的资料;
5、负责仓库物资在办理验收手续后,及时通知有关部门人员领料;
6、及时完成公司领导交办事项,配合其它岗位人员完成各项工作任务。
