工作地点在铁岭周边乡镇,需要驻厂工作,月休四天,可以根据家庭所在地就近分配。入职缴纳五险一金。
主要工作负责批次猪的饲养,自动化喂养,以及环境消毒。
1. 负责养殖场的日常管理和运营;
2. 监测动物健康状况,及时处理疾病;
3. 优化饲料配方,提高养殖效益;
4. 参与养殖技术的研发和推广。
1.岗位职责:猪群管理、巡栏、设备运转检查等日常工作管理;并根据场区要求做好生物安全落地执行、卫生管理、消毒管理、销售管理。
2、食宿:场区提供住宿,住宿条件为2-4人间,有独立卫浴,WiFi,空调。员区内有食堂。
3、正常工作时间8个小时
4、薪资待遇:试用期3-6个月,未独立养猪时综合薪资5千左右,独立开始养猪后,养殖能力普通可以拿到7000 ,高级养殖技工可以拿到1-2万甚至更高,有养猪经验或学习能力优秀者可以提前申请转正;
