岗位职责: 1、新设备方案评审(Layout→设备交付)全过程,确保新设备的可靠性、可维护性,产品安全/质量达到设计要求; 2、项目电气部分的FAT/LOP/TOPlist文件制作、进度跟进总结报告制作; 3、提升现有拉线设备的工序能力,生产效率,改善优率,降低能耗及制造成本; 4、主导设备故障维修、维修方案制定、故障总结和经验推广; 5、设备相关备件采购,备件库存管理。 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上,机械制造及其自动化、电气自动化、软件工程等相关专业; 2、3年及以上大型制造业设备维护工作经验; 3、熟练掌握两种及以上自动化设备PLC(西门子/三菱/欧姆龙/施耐德)等程序的调试、编程及优化能力; 4、逻辑思维清晰,具备良好推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力。
