Responsibilities: - Assess, develop, and implement selection process and tools that increase the level of top talent in the organization while ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations. - Develop and coordinate delivery of selection training to both recruiters and hiring managers, with a focus on improving quality while maintaining efficiency. - In partnership with other HR teams, look to create alignment between selection and development processes. This includes continued integration of competencies in selection, identifying internal opportunity awareness and selection, and organizational succession planning alignment. - Provide coaching, guidance, and influence of both the Recruiting team and Field HR in aligning organizational goals. Qualifications: - At least Bachelor's degree from a well-known university - 5 years of mid-to-senior-level-position recruiting experience in the retainer or contigency-based search firm or inhouse experience in the large organization. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands. - Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs. - Fluent English/French ability is required. - Smart and result-driven
薪资待遇
全职员工:中文席:税前2900元/月-3600元/月
外语席:税前5300元/月
