主要负责物流的装车卸车,以及跟车送货
岗位要求: 1、负责根据公司目标,收集公司内部与客户各方对物流效果的评价,负责物流管理工作计划与费用预算的制定、审批与实施工作; 2、负责组织建立公司货物运输体系,规划公司的货物调配与调度,评估和选择物流承运商及运输价格,运输服务质量,签订合作合同,降低运输成本,提高货物流转效率,降低货物运输成本,降低货物流转过程的风险; 3、负责收集公司内部与客户各方对物流效果的评价反馈,执行对第三方物流公司的考核工作,及时解除与不合格物流公司的合同,加强与优秀第三方物流的合作,逐步提高物流效率,及时解决客户的物流投诉,提高客户对物流配送的满意度; 4、根据物料特性及物流发展状况,组织建立公司仓储、周转等仓库管理体系,制订和完善各项仓库管理流程和制度,保障货物安全和按相应需求及时供应,降低库存,降低货物保管成本,提高公司货物使用效率,降低货物流转过程的风险; 5、负责就物流信息及时向销售计划部、客户服务部、财务部与物流合作商进行反馈,掌握发货与库存的动态变化,协助销售计划部做好要货计划,增强生产部门的预见性,以利于及时安排生产作业计划; 任职资格: 年龄: 1、27—40岁,管理类或其他专业本科以上学历。 2、4年以上仓储和物流管理经验,有同行业经验者优先。 3、熟悉物流管理业务流程,丰富的流程管理技能;熟练使用计算机及办公软件; 4、能力要求:具有一定的计划、组织、协调能力和团队协作精神;积极的工作态度,愿意在飞速发展的产业中工作,愿意承受高强度的压力。
