- Regular active participation in the continuous improvement measures taking place in the company.
- Observance of compliance with and continuous improvement of the environmental and occupational health and safety guidelines in force in the company and their objects
- Contracts review for the customers and suppliers' requirements in all arounds.
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Takeover of the IT tool-based administration and archiving of all framework and project contracts of the Sales department.
- Be responsible for contract database: conceptual development, implementation with IT, trainings, continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for the evaluation of customer contracts and in the execution of contracts and formulation of claims (Claim Management) in close cooperation with legal department.
- Support for the other functions for the contract's reviews in the needed aspects.
- Independent, conceptual further development of the evaluation tool incl. implement together with IT. Implementation of trainings and continuous improvement of the tool.
- Negotiate contracts with customers including commented specifications. Manage general documents from our customers.
- Advice and support on dealing with Group guidelines such as the signature matrix, guidelines on dealing with contracts, dealing with code of contract etc.
- Creation and review of standard texts for official offers made by SAP.
- Responsible for the development of process descriptions for contracts managements as well as their compliance.
- Auditing of developed and rolled out optimization approaches in the Sales OE as well as in other functional areas including the control of compliance with contractual standards e.g. in offers, NDAs, etc.
- Development, coordination and regular execution of internal sales process audits.
- Reporting of audit results within the Sales organization.

- At least bachelor degree and major in mechanical engineering related.
- At least 5 years related working experience in auto industry
- Good communication with logic
- Good Spoken and Written English or German
