1、MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES主要工作内容& 职责 -Be responsible for issues related P/O -Be responsible for following up the proper completion of the P/O with its delivery and due payment - Be responsible for supporting the purchasing manager in preparing reports on demand -Be responsible for liaising with other department to support requisitions of materials / machines or services - Be in charge of small items purchasing as per request of the purchasing manager - Having the initiative to find areas of savings and act to reduce overall total cost to the Company for the items put under his/her responsibility - Be responsible for working closely with internal production/maintenance, sales, Finance, HR department as well as external suppliers 2、REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB岗位要求 - Proactive - Honest and transparent - Willing to learn and develop -Have good interpersonal, communicatin and presentation skills. -Good computer skill (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office).
