任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历（有海外留学经验者优先），教育类、学科类、师范类等相关专业为佳；
2.具备小学或中学教师资格证；
3.具备2年以上国际学校教学经验及有ib课程教学经验者优先；语文学科具备有5年及以上小学语文工作经验者优先；
4．具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练使用英文作为工作语言，有双语教学的能力；
5.严格根据课程要求充分备课，根据教学计划完成ib课程各项教学任务，达成教学目标；
按学校要求及时完善家校沟通管理平台，如seesaw、managebac等；
6.认真负责并及时与家长沟通学生表现；
7.积极、主动的为学生答疑解惑；
8.积极参加学校组织的各类团建活动并积极为学校发展和学科发展提出建设性意见和建议。

1.master’s degree or above (overseas study experience is preferred), education, subject, teacher training and other related majors are preferred;
2.possess a primary or secondary school teacher qualification certificate;
3.those who have more than 2 years of teaching experience in international schools and ib courses are preferred; those who have 5 years or more of primary school chinese work experience in chinese are preferred;
4.have good english listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be proficient in using english as a working language, and have the ability to teach bilingually;
5.fully prepare lessons in strict accordance with the course requirements, complete the teaching tasks of the ib course according to the teaching plan, and achieve the teaching goals;
