Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; 2. Mainly focus on TALENT AQUISITION, to manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; 3. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance; 4. Spport with other HR fuctions on daily tasks. Requirements: 1. 5-8 years work experiences in RECRUITMENT function, relevant experience in the financial industry is preferred; 2. Proficient in spoken and written English; 3. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; 4. Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning; 6.
