职位描述：
1. formulate and expand organizational policies and operating procedures for supplier quality management.

4. lead apqp process for purchase products.

5. identify and evaluate together with buyer the quality and finance status of advanced suppliers.

6. lead process & system audit for advanced and existing suppliers.
主导潜在供应商和正式供应商的过程和体系审核；
7. other jobs as assigned by manager.

任职资格：
the ideal candidate should have a proven and substantial quality background within the automotive area. he / she is used to working in a highly competitive environment and is familiar with and accepts working within an international orientated matrix organization.
理想的候选人须被证实具有一定的汽车行业的质量工作经验，可以适应激烈的竞争环境，并且能接受在国际化多元化的组织内工作。
he / she is a graduate in engineering with at least 3 years industry specific experience in quality / purchasing, has pragmatic problem solving ability. english is a must.
候选人须被证实具为理工科毕业且至少有三年的生产制造工业企业的质量/采购工作经历，具备一定的实际问题解决能力和流利的英语听说读写能力。
1. a university degree in engineering.
