工作职责
-Dive into the insurance universe by providing all round support to our agency business team;
-Immerse yourself in insurance products and solutions that make a difference;
-Participate in various projects and responsible for project-related work including budget application, budget management, procurement, and reimbursement;
-Assist supervisor in preparing project proposals and approval materials;
-Assist in administrative tasks to keep the operations running smoothly;
-Responsible for updating reports regularly;
-Responsible for copywriting and publicity content preparation;
-Assist in the preparation of management presentation materials.
任职资格
-Final year graduates or recent graduates (including 2022 graduates) in Hong Kong with bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, economics, marketing management or related fields;
-Strong passion for a career in insurance industry and a desire to learn the insurance landscape;
-Proactive, self-motivated, with multitask capabilities and detail focus, with experience in project management and budget assessment is an advantage;
-Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and PPT;
-Strong command of Chinese Word processing;
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
-Job applicants must hold valid Hong Kong visa for employment (such as Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, General Employment Policy, Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals, Quality Migrants Admission Scheme, etc.).
