岗位职责 Job Description 1.执行渠道市场年度营销规划 1.Implement Project Business annual marketing plan.2.协助开发商完成相关营销推广活动 2.Support developer’s marketing activities implementation.3. 根据培训计划及开发商的需求进行培训,并跟进培训反馈,持续优化 3.Execute relevant trainings according to determined training plan and developers requests, and continuously improve based on training feedback.4. 提供项目现场产品出样时的必要支持4. Provide onsite project support for all product appearance occasions. 5. 评估市场活动效果和营销资源投入的有效性 5.Assess effectiveness of marketing performance and resources investment.专业资质要求 Professional Requirements1.本科及以上学历1.Bachelor degree or above.2.3年以上市场营销经验2.More than 3 years Sell Through? experience.3.良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧, 以结果为导向,有较强的责任心及抗压能力3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented, strong commitment and resilient to work strss.4.有房地产行业从业经验或经销商管理经验者优先4. Working experience in real estate industry and dealer management is preferred
