1. 遵守公司安全规程，负责模具维护过程中的安全，有责任提醒和矫正模具维护时存在的安全问题。2. 为了可以给客户提供合格品，始终保证模具处于良好的状态。3. 做好模具的日常保养工作，例如清洁、磨光、打磨、焊接修理、清扫脱落的涂层等。4. 解决停机问题以保证生产。5. 向模修主管汇报一切模具安全问题。6. 确认和判定维护的模具状态。7. 在工作区域进行5S。8. 擅长操作天车和机械设备并适时维护。9. 遵守业务流程或其他所有程序中有关安全的规定、职业健康和环境保护相关要求，正确佩戴使用PPE，正确使用安全锁，提高安全意识，关注安全行为。1.Abide by security regulations of company, be responsible for the security in the process of die maintenance, has the responsiblity for reminding and rectification of security trouble during the maintenance.2.Make the die in good situation in order to produce qualified parts for the customer .3.Do daily maintenace for the die ,for example, cleaning,polishing, grinding, welding repair,cleaning the dropped coating .etc.4.Troubleshoot the downtime issue for guaranteeing the production.5.Report any security problem to tool room group leader.6.Confirm and verify the maintained die.7.Conduct 5S management for working site .8.Be good at operating crane and mechanical process equipment, and maintain it periodically. 9.To follow the business flow or other procedures related with EHS requirements, wear PPE rightly, use safety lock in a right way, promote safety sense and focus on safety behavior.任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements1.中专以上学历，具有较强的学习能力。2.模具生产、机械加工或数控加工专业。3.三年以上模具相关工作经验，具有大型汽车冲压模具经验。4.会使用维护模具组件的机械加工设备和焊接设备。5.精于模具结构并能进行冲压模具调试工作。6.持有焊工证和天车证者优先考虑。7.良好的团队协作精神，积极的工作态度。8.能接受加班倒班的工作性质。1.Secondary technical school or above, have strong ability to learn .2.With the major of die manufacture, mechanical process or CNC.3.More than three years die working experience, priority to the experience of large automobile stamping die;4.Can use mechanical process equipment and welding equipment for maintaining the die component.5.Be good at  the die structure  and can conduct a tryout on the tryout press.6.Priority to having welding and crane certification.7.Good team work spirit, the positive attitude of enthusiasm 8.Required to work extended hours and shift work 职能类别：模具工
