工作职责：

-make preliminary assessments and recommends solutions in line with customers’ requirements.
-installation and configuration of cloudera/hadoop platform.
-manage, maintain and support the cloudera/hadoop platform
-availability
-scalability
-security
-perform capacity management monitoring and activities
-perform on-boarding activities for new projects to the big data platform
-new workspaces
-user access
-understands it service delivery standards, policies, procedures and service level agreements, and contributes to meeting these.
-undertakes first and second level support duties cloudera/hadoop platform
-responsible for problem solving and troubleshooting of technical issues.
-assists in the implementation of new systems.
-provides support in work requests.
-prepare design documents and other artefacts as and when required by the project
customer
-communicates with business unit teams and participates in customer meetings to identify and understand customer’s business needs and requirements.

-successful implementation of major/minor changes into production and adherence to change management processes
-contributes to improvement initiatives to internal processes and work practices.

-provide hadoop delivery support team with a subject matter expert, giving in depth technical assistance whilst forming a learning environment

-a positive attitude towards feedback and continual improvement
任职要求：
-minimum 2 years’ experience as a big data (hadoop) administrator, with understanding of the hardware ecosystem and cloudera hadoop architecture
-cloudera cdh upgrade and patch upgrade knowledge and experience
-cloudera admin certification preferred
-minimum 2 years’ experience on unix/linux with administration, file system and permission model experience.
-knowledge of relational database management systems (rdbms), sql and database concepts
-experience in data warehousing concepts, filesystems and data structures.
-excellent troubleshooting skills, with experience in debuggers stack traces memory dumps, tcpdump’s etc.
-understanding of networking and distributed systems.
