reports to: head of npd, foodservice, asia & oceania
responsibility:
1. working with segment npd team on ideation, strategy and development for new products/concepts in ao region….
2. development and testing of new packaging solutions, technologies and manufacturing processes in paper, fiber and plastic (thermoforming & injection) technology
3. undertake the design of equipment, tooling and ancillary system to deliver innovative products and technologies relating to own and other specified projects
4. enable innovation to the integrated with existing manufacturing process where ever possible by gaining an in depth understanding of current technology
5. coordinate project activities with multi-disciplinary teams involving huhtamaki personnel and 3rd parties to deliver innovation identifies and builds relationships with 3rd parties in the asia + oceania region to access key technologies and materials, negotiating exclusively and technology partnerships were required.
