sales director 销售总监
for the sales director position, we are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual. he/she will be responsible out of beijing/tianjin for selling separation technology exclusively to the chinese market. he/she will work closely on the one hand with the founding team of in beijing and europe and on the other hand with our chinese engineering partner hofung engineering (hfe).

3. participate in the formulation of sales strategy, specific sales plan and sales forecast.

4. control the balanced development of sales budget, sales expenses, sales scope and sales objectives.
控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展。
5. recruitment, training, motivation, assessment of subordinates, and to assist subordinates to complete the task indicators issued.
招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工,以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。
6. collect all kinds of market information and give it back to superiors and other relevant departments in time.
收集各种市场信息,并及时反馈给上级与其他有关部门。
7, participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies, norms and systems, so that they can continuously adapt to the development of the market.

8, develop and cooperate with enterprises and partners, such as the relationship with distributors, and the relationship with agents.

2. personal skills: proficient in foreign language communication and strong expression ability, proficient use of electronic office software;

3. workabilities: a certain degree of stress resistance, have strong market development and sales abilities;
