1、build, evaluate and execute development plan.
2、develop, hire, and coach a high-performance team.
3、develop advanced polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon product and manufacturing process.
4、assist with the transition of new technologies/processes into a manufacturing environment.
qualifications:
1、phd in materials science or physics preferred.
2、strong track record in semiconductor growth and materials characterization.
3、experience with power electronics design/theory is a plus.
4、experience in a production-oriented manufacturing facility is a plus.
5、the candidate must demonstrate a research capability to solve challenging problems, have excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and documentation skills. this position requires creativity, innovation, and adaptability.
