Holding up on mechanical, electrical, and testing of product design for a new and rapidly growing division within Flex. Work in comprehending the product requirements, assembling prototypes for products under development, fixture creation for assembly and test of prototypes. Implementing world class solutions for our customers. （本科 ，3 年以上电子产品黑白盒测试，懂模电数电C语言，英文好优先） What a typical day looks like: 1，Working with a matrixed, cross functional team of technical experts within Flex organization, extending and building new resources/ capabilities to incorporate into the Flex knowledge base. 2，Drive toward creative, robust, and effective solutions that meet customer requirements. 3，Hold up engineering team with prototyping, product build, bring up, test, documentation, and successful release to manufacturing. 4，Contribute with a cross functional team to develop technically robust and effective solutions to a wide variety of design problems. 5，Manage design parameters and design tradeoff priorities in close coordination with other team members. 6，Help develop best practices, identify equipment, and material needs with members of the team. 7，Ability to resolve, define and design the system and subsystems approaches to meet project and program design goals, requirements, and schedules. 8，Identify standard products and sub-blocks for inclusion into solution proposals. 9，Develop key relationships with internal design teams as well subcontractors to plan comprehensive product strategies based on future technologies. 10，Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area. 11，Monitors KPIs for engineering processes. 12，Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 1，Bachelor in Electronics/ Automation, with 3 years’ Black box and white box testing experience required. 2，Good knowledge in Analog and digital electricity，C language. （模电数电C语言) 3，Good communication skills and excellent relational skills. prefer good English. 4，Demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex’s functional standards. 5，Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures. 6，Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. 7，Demonstrates advanced /thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
