What are my responsibilities? 1. Responsible for drafting RF product process, planning process route and layout/负责编制射频产品工艺, 策划工艺路线及工艺排布。 2. Review the product PCB/component layout, structure evaluation, create process standards and parameters, enhance electrical performance/审核产品PCB/元器件布局图、结构工艺，工艺标准和参数的制定，电气性能的改善和提升。 3. Participate in the manufacturability and testability review of RF components, design conversion, mass production verification/参与射频部件的可制造性和可测试性评审, 设计转换，量产验证跟踪。 4. Design and improvement of tooling and fixtures, and participate in the actives of selection, introduction and acceptance to new technology equipment/ 工装治具的设计验证和改进，应用新技术的设备选型,导入和验收。 5. Responsible for product failure analysis, implement and verify corrective and preventive measures/负责对产品的不良分析, 制定改善计划和纠正预防措施和验证。 6. Change management to massive production with product lifecycle/量产产品的生命周期内的变更管理。 7. Analysis, optimization and promotion the capacity of production line, and continual optimize product cost/产线产能和产品成本的剖析，优化和提升。 What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Bachelor degree or above, Microwave, Radio, Electronics or Telecom engineering background.; experience in RF/electronic manufacturing technology or process development is plus/微波,无线电,通信, 电子等本科及以上学历, 有射频和电子制造工程或研发经验优先。 2. Good written and communication skills in English/具备良好的英语书面能力，熟练的口语交流能力。 3. Good project planning, coordinated execution, communication and feedback skills/良好的项目策划, 协调执行, 和沟通反馈技能技巧。 4.
