Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 提供关于所有备件和仪器的技术专业知识和咨询，并为客户起草解决方案提案的技术部分； Provide technical expertise and advisory about all spare parts and instruments and draft technical part of the solution proposal for the customers. 2. 准备并维护相关产品组内产品的技术文档。向相关职能部门提供技术培训； Prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group. Provide technical training to related functions. 3. 与现场服务工程师合作，安装OTTO并完成所有配置、初始化、设备连接和界面设置； Work with field service engineers to install OTTO and finish all the configuration, initiation, device connections and the interface setup. 4. 负责IOT的日常管理，包括数据库信息维护、月报、客户沟通和报表分析等； Responsible for the daily operation of IOT including the maintenance of database information, monthly report, customer communication and report analysis. 5. 基于本地用户及行业的要求和反馈，负责与国外产品开发团队沟通IOT模块的优化方案； Responsible for the communication with global product line to functionally improve the IOT based on the local customer and industry requirement. 6. 在供应商访问、资质认证以及与采购团队的技术会议中发挥积极作用，以市场优势的成本获得合格产品； Play an active role in supplier visits, qualification, and technical meetings with purchasing team to get qualified products at a competitive cost to the market; 7. 拜访客户以更好地理解并跟进配件的耐久性测试或质量问题； Visit customers to get better understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issue of the parts. 8. 为销售和客户服务团队提供技术审查支持； Support sales and customer service teams for technical review. 9. 领导交办的其他事项。 Other related work assigned by department head. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 有设备机械类行业方面经验，有机械图纸阅读能力。了解基本的机械结构，公差等知识； Experience in the equipment and machinery industry, capable of reading mechanical drawings, and understanding of basic mechanical structures, tolerances, and related knowledge. 2. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，有物联网方面经验优先； Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in IOT is preferred. 3. 有责任心、有较强的客户服务意识，良好的语言表达能力，能承受一定的工作压力； A strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, good ability of communication, work under pressure. 4. 具有协作、解决问题的方法、团队合作和出色的沟通技巧。 A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科学历，机械类专业优先； Bachelor’s degree, Major in Mechatronic is preferred. 2. 3年以上产品管理工作经验； Over 3 years of working experience on product management. 3. 熟悉保护/通信协议和电气知识； Familiar with protection/communication protocol and electrical knowledge. 4. 良好的英语读写能力。 Good oral and written English.
