Job Title: Occupational Safety Engineer Division/Department: VCTC Human Resources Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: * Risk assessment for whole plant： Define the process for the assessment； Train risk assessment knowledges to coordinators. * Plan for controlling the dangerous source: Define the high risk object; Counter-measures for the risk and supervising the executive. * Organize and involve in emergency response plan and drill; Compiling and evaluating the process; Training and drilling. * Labor injury and incident management: Incident investigation and reporting; Injury claim in term of labor insurance; Statistic; Public. * Regular site tour and send incorrect behavior to relevant department: Audit and organize the audit with each dept; Supervise and Involve in the correction plan and carry out for the audit findings. * Safety training skill KVP and training quality control； * Follow three simultaneous: Contractor management (report comprehensively and timely); Follow up evaluation process with authority. * Establish company safety culture divisions based on BU needs. * Contractor management: Sign the E.H.S agreement with contractor; Safety education for contractor; Controlling the behavior of contractor in term of E.H.S. * Planning: Warning sign planning; Machines safety measures; Check and acceptance ( pre, mid, final) * Organize or involve in the compiling of the safety regulation, operation instruction and Occupational health and safety procedure document management. Your Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, science or chemistry engineering. * 5 years safety management or engineering working experience in a multinational company and preferably in the manufacturing industry. * Strong logical analysis ability; Accurate and detail-oriented work; Experience with fault tree, 5W analysis method; Proficient in English or German. * Strong sense of responsibility and principle; High sense of responsibility and work ethic, can handle multi-tasks simultaneously; Willingness to learn and further develop; Teamwork spirit; Brilliant communication skills; * Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. * Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
