Quality Head of the new Battery Cell Production. Responsible and Leading of the Departments Quality Operations and Laboratories. Defination of all Quality Processes, Implementation of all Processes. Release of the Production and Products. Building up the Quality Structure. Responsible for the Ramp up. Job Responsibilities： 1.Leading of the Quality Department Battery Cells. Leading of the development and implementation of Quality Requirements for each single 2.Process in the Production. Implementation of the Change Management. 3.Implementation of the Risk Management. Continuous monitoring of risks in the Processes and Production to avaid possible deviations. 4.Leading of the Quality Functions Measurement, Testing, Analysis of In-Line , At-Line and Off-Line Testings according to the Control Plan including Reporting. 5.Leading of the Function technical cleaniness to prevention and implementation in the Production . 6.Responsible for the Quality Department including Leading, Planning, Training and Developing of the Employees. 7.Working in all Management relevant committees of the PowerCo. 8.Further Development of the Process Technology and testing Method of the Cell Production including FAP and Lessons Learned. Basic experiences (mandatory): - Quality Management - Management level, Leading people disciplinary at least 5-8 years - Production (Chemical Industry, Food Industry or Automotive Industry) - English – Business fluent Further experiences (optinal - wish list): - Lithium Battery production - Lithium Cell production - Volkswagen experiences or coming from inside - Quality Management Auditor VDA 6.3 - German – Language skills
