Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 负责所管辖区域业务发展和具体实施情况，完成年度销售目标，包含真空泵，配件，系统和售后各分项指标； Responsible for the business development and sales implementation to achieve sales goals, including individual tasks: pumps, spare parts, systems and service. 2. 日常售前拜访，商务交流，客户关系维护，问题公关处理，并深挖客户潜在需求，提高市场渗透率和市场份额； Regular sales visit, business communication, customer relationship maintenance, issues handling, keenly sense the potential demand for customers, to increase market penetration rate and market share. 3. 根据客户应用和工艺要求，提供模拟计算，真空泵选型和系统方案优化等技术支持； According to customer’s application and process requirement, provide vacuum simulation, the selection of pumps, optimizing the proposal of systems, and all the technical supports to customers. 4. 关注行业动态，开发潜在销售机会，收集竞争对手信息，制定有效的行业销售策略； Focus on market trends closely, develop potential business，collect information about competitions, in order to formulate effective strategy . 5. 跟进已签署订单，确保设备顺利交付及调试运行，并负责催讨应收账款，跟进售后相关工作； Follow up the signed orders, ensure the delivery and debugging for the equipment smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection， follow up the after sales activities. 6. 协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度。 Coordinate the company resource to achieve customer satisfaction. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 真空应用相关知识，了解真空相关设备及系统； Have vacuum knowledge, experience for vacuum equipment and system; 2. 优秀的沟通协调能力，敏锐的市场嗅觉，善于从客户处收集有效信息，并发掘潜力客户； Good communication and coordination ability, keen market sense, and be good at getting effective information from customers, and develop potential customers. 3. 具有时间管理和自我管理能力、良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神； Good time management and self-management ability, with strong spirit of team work and can work under high pressure. 4. 良好的学习能力，能在最短的时间内学习熟悉公司各类产品； Good learning ability can be familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time. 5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科学历，机械、流体机械类相关专业，真空相关专业者优先； Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering or fluid machinery related，major in vacuum is preferred. 2. 良好的抗压能力，能接受经常出差； Ready to work under pressure, available for frequent travelling. 3. 至少5年相关行业销售经验。 At least five years related sales experience in relavant industry.
