Service Scope/ Goals and Objectives: Briefs – debriefs – explores – refines – creates – extends – applies - delivers * Works with assigned project team to create and deliver powerful designs (incl. presentations). * Provides a wide range of explorations/ elaborations/ deliverables to a project/ client. * Employs a range of creative design, craft, skills and processes and constant quality improvements to design and shape UI designs for a variety of applications. * The work involves exploring, designing, testing and producing prototypes (in various forms) of new user interface designs or making improvements to existing designs. * Provides a superior quality level of UI design by designing solution and user orientated interfaces that meet or exceed the project’s stated objectives. * Applies knowledge, principles and objectives of UI Design to assignments of moderate to high complexity. * Provides creative problem solving, researches and analysis to assigned project. * Evaluates design ideas based on factors such as aesthetic appearance, serviceability, user needs, UI standards, market characteristics and client specifications. * Originates, develops and integrates ideas and findings from concepts/ sketches into design ideas and digital experiences and functional prototypes. * Responsible for the overall time management: coordination and synchronizing the team and the project. Qualifications of Service Provider: * Bachelor’s Degree in User Interface Design or equivalent. * 4 –6 years’ work experience in UI Design or equivalent. * Good verbal and written communication skills in English. * Knowledgeable in most conventional aspects of automotive industry related field. * In-depth knowledge and understanding of the design process: materials, metrics, design fundamentals and principles, further: global alignment of methods and techniques, terminology, production processes, consulting, market research and commercial awareness. * Independent worker and team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision by lead design staff. * Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Prototyping software such as Protopie, 3D programs such as CD4
