- Support regular lab work for customer facing testing
支持常规实验室测试，面向客户的技术支持测试
- Current portfolio maintenance and upgrade, including GMI and regular technical maintain work
支持现有产品的维护和升级工作，包括成本优化实验以及技术支持工作
- Assist new product/program development lab work from Innovation pipeline
辅助完成新产品开发项目（清洁消毒产品）的实验室测试工作
- Responsible for lab daily operation and safety management
负责实验室的日常运行和安全工作
1. Performs routine laboratory operations with technical direction from senior researchers and assist in analyzing and interpreting experimental data
2. 在项目技术负责人和化学师的指导下，按照标准流程进行实验操作并对结果进行分析；
Assists in writing experimental reports, summaries, protocols and appropriate documentation.
协助实验报告，总结以及方案的编写和收档；
3. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and make recommends for their improvement.
负责维护标准实验流程和方法，并对其不断进行完善和改进；
4. Participate in scientific technical discussion and critical thinking.
积极参与项目和配方设计的技术讨论；
5. Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.
负责实验室日常运行和安全管理，包括实验室设备的管理以及小组的安全指标管理；
6. Provide advancing technical support and perform lab test to product-related issues for the customer, answer technical questions.
配合产品开发工程师完成对业务和客户的技术支持工作，包括实验室评估以及基本的技术解答；
Required / Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities职位要求
1. At least Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline with 2 years’ work experience.
大专，学士学位及以上，化学工程，应用化学，精细化工等相关专业，2年以上工作经验
2. Knowledge of laboratory practices, scientific terminology, and the characterization and preparation of materials used in routine and special procedures.
熟悉化学实验的操作及行业术语，并且熟知常用的基本化学原料和分析方法
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. 熟练使用微软办公软件
5. A high attention to detail and quality in results.
认真负责，工作细心，自我要求高；
6. Must be able to establish and meet deadlines to produce independent results.
善于合理安排工作，能按时完成实验计划
7. Must work well with other team members, including design engineers.
