岗位职责:
1、全面协助项目行政主管,负责项目行政文控劳务人员管理、新项目开工前行政文控相关事宜沟通协调、协助各项目重大宣传仪式、大型会议及集体活动的组织策划及现场实施的沟通协调,必要时作为项目行政文控直接参与项目具体工作。
Fully support project admin supervisor, be responsible for project admin and document controller (DC) management, admin and DC issues communication and coordination before new project starts, support the communication and coordination for project ceremonies, organization and planning of large meetings and collective activities, and work as project admin and DC when necessary.
2、协助项目行政主管对项目行政文控劳务人员进行日常管理和培训,包括工时审核、各项宣贯培训、通知公告等转发;
Support project admin supervisor to manage and train the project admin and DC provided by labor brokers, including timesheet check, publicity and training, documents sending, etc.
3、 新项目开工前行政文控相关事务沟通、协调等;
Admin and DC issues communication and coordination before new project starts;
4、参与项目重大宣传仪式、大型会议及集体活动的组织策划,包括组织与业主、项目组和仪式承包商之间的会议,活动现场实施所需的各项资源的沟通协调等;
Participating in the organizing and planning of project ceremonies, large meetings and collective activities, including organizing meetings among clients, project team and service subcontractor, communication and resources coordination for the project activities’ execution;
5、根据项目需要和岗位工作量,直接参与项目行政文控具体工作,包括但不限于:项目组成员的服务与支持;业主的服务与支持;项目组和业主的各项费用核算;项目文件管理,包括文字编辑处理,文件检查,文件打印、送签、盖章及下发,文件扫描归档,来往文件登记跟踪等,必要时进行文档翻译;负责项目完工文件的制作及整理移交工作。
Work as project admin and DC according to project needs and position workload, including but not limited to service and support to project management team (PMT); service and support to clients; cost check of PMT and clients; project document control, including word editing and processing, document checking, printing and sending for approval, document chopping and releasing, document scanning and filing, document registration and tracking, and translation when necessary; project completion documents making and transferring.
6、协助项目行政主管编制行项目行政文控劳务人员管理体系文件,包括管理办法及细则;
Support supervisor to build up procedure documents on project admin and DC management, including management measures and rules;
7、部门其他人员休假时,承担部分部门工作职责;
Undertake part of department work when colleages in the department are on leave;
8、 完成领导交办的其他临时工作。
Other temporary duties as assigned.

岗位要求:
1、***本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2、行政管理、新闻传媒、宣传策划等相关专业
Major in Administration Management, News Media, Publicity and Planning, or other related major
3、熟悉公司企业文化,熟悉企业管理流程。
Familiar with company culture, enterprise management process.
4、3年以上相同或类似岗位工作经验;
3 years relevant working experience;
5、组织策划过大型宣传仪式活动;
Have organized and planned large publicity and ceremony activities;
