工作职责：Job Duty:1. 负责公司海外供应商及海外品牌资质的法务审核工作，确保供应商满足公司的合作标准，确保供应商提供的商品是具有有效授权或合法来源的正品；Responsible for legal review ofqualifications of company's overseas suppliers and brands, ensuring that suppliers meet company's standard of collaboration, and that products provided by suppliers are genuine products with effective authorization or legitimate source;2. 负责公司国际贸易业务的合同审核工作，根据业务需求起草、修订、审核各项合同条款，处理合同签署、执行、解除等过程中产生的法律问题，确保公司业务发展与合同风险控制的平衡；Responsible for contract review of company's international trade business, drafting, revising and reviewing respective contract terms, dealing with legal issues arising out of contract execution, performance, termination and so on, ensuring the balance between development of company's business and control of contract risk;3. 负责调查、研究公司开展海外业务时在不同国家遇到的相关法律及合规问题，提供法律意见和解决方案，确保公司的海外业务能够合法合规的开展；Responsible for investigation and research on relevant legal and compliance issues in various countries arising out of development of company's overseas' business, providing legal opinions and solutions, ensuring implementation of company's overseas' business in a legitimate and compliant manner;4.负责公司海外员工的法务培训，确保他们了解公司的法务审核标准与流程；Responsible for legal training on company's overseas' staff, ensuring their understanding on company's standard and procedure of legal review;5.负责履行公司安排的其他职责；Responsible for implementation of other duties assigned by company;任职资格：Job Qualification:1.广阔的国际视野，流利的英语能力，同时具备日语或韩语能力者尤佳；Broad globalperspective, fluent in English, while preferably with Japanese or Korean skill;2.优秀的法律检索和法律分析能力，良好的口头和书面沟通能力；Excellent legal research and legal analysis skills, strong oral and written communication skill; 3.独立和协作完成不同项目的能力，同时处理多项事务的能力，注重细节Ability to workindependently and collaboratively to complete various projects, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, detail oriented; 4.良好的计算机操作能力，熟练使用Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel等常用办公软件。Good computer skill, familiar with common office software use, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and so on;5. 法律硕士以上学历且具有2年以上法律相关工作经验，或法律本科以上学历且具有4-5年以上法律相关工作经验，有国际贸易或电子商务行业工作经验者尤佳； Master Degree of Law or above with 2 years’ work experience in law, or Bachelor Degree of Law or above with 4-5 years’ work experience in law, preferably with working experience in international trade or e-commerce industry;
