?岗位描述?Job description:1. 充分借助内部大区销售的力量和外部客户分部的资源,以有效且合适的方式推动五星的年度/季度/月度开票目标 / Fully leverage internal regional sales power and external customer branch resource to drive the five star yearly/quarterly/monthly SI target in efficiency and suitable way;2. 与大区营销团队和总部ER 零售团队紧密合作,为西门子和博世制定并执行有影响力的营销计划,包括新品发布、持续的品牌活动、客户联合营销和消费者推广等 / Working close with regional ST team and HQ ER ST team to develop and execute impactful trade marketing plans for Siemens and Bosch including new product launches, ongoing brand activities, customer campaign and consumer promotion etc;3. 从门店产出效率、导购产出效率、库存和销售监控、展厅位置、出样规则改善等方面优化销售效率,建立大区的销售增长模块 / Build up regional sales growth building block via sales efficiency optimization from store productivity, counsellor productivity, stock and sale monitoring, booth location and display mechanism improvement etc;4. 基于各事业部的战略、货源规划及满足情况,规划预算并推动各品类在全国的发展并实现份额增长 / Based on BU strategy, sufficiency planning, and implementation to gain all BU development in all regions and market share gain as well under good budget management;5. 支持消费者推广战略和季度规划 / Support to develop consumer promotion strategy and quarterly plan;6. 与总部内部各部门进行良好合作,使总部-分部的管理模式效益***化 / Good cooperation with the internal HQ handlers to maximum HQ-branches management model.岗位要求 Requirements:1. 丰富的区域销售和大客户管理经验(家电或快消行业) / Significant and rich experiences in regional sales and key account management (HA or FMCG);2. 与各方保持良好的沟通,特别是在面对销售压力和复杂情况下 / Good communication skills facing different stakeholder especially under sales pressure and complex status;3. 对销售和结果有强烈的好胜心和驱动力 / Passion to win and sales driven;4. 基础的英语沟通能力 / Basic English communication skills.
