岗位职责：* Define the standard runtime for each process and capacity to support the operation planning. 支持生产，定义每个流程的标准工时* Responsible for new product sample build and define manufacturing process, standard working instruction and employee training. 负责新产品样品的制作，制定生产工艺，标准作业指导书和员工的培训。* Work with various engineering group to collaborate and cooperate for any improvements and quality issues. 与各工程组合作，就任何改进和质量问题进行合作。* Design review for the new equipment, tooling and fixture, track and report progress新设备、工装夹具设计评审，跟踪汇报进度。* Lead the tooling, equipment, fixture pre-qualification at vendor side and qualification at company plant according to process change requirements and new tooling/equipment coming procedure. 根据工艺变更要求和新工装/设备进场程序，领导供应商方的工装、设备、夹具资格预审和公司工厂的资格预审。* Work with multi-functional teams to develop and update PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and qualification plan, and complete qualification process and documentation sign off. 与多功能团队合作，制定和更新过程失效模式影响分析（PFMEA）和鉴定计划，完成鉴定过程和文件签署。* Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives such cost reduction, FPY.负责持续改进计划，如成本降低、FPY。* Project Management for the ETO projects. 承担部分ETO项目的项目管理工作。* Support HSE for hazard, risk and environment factors identification and evaluation, determine control measures.
