Teaching, Learning and Assessment · Work closely with the academic leads ensuring a sensible balance between CNC and BNC/IGCSE teaching periods for compulsory education. · Lead on the quality assurance of bilingual curriculum delivery across the whole school. · Collect, monitor, evaluate student local exam results including ZK data, along with recommendations for further development. · In conjunction with academic leads to set KPIs for primary school graduation exam and middle school graduation exam (ZK), and take responsibility for the develop and achievement of the action plan to achieve these. · Lead on the registering and logistic preparation of all ZK related issues. · Active role in Chinese subjects and other bilingual teachers’ recruitment in both schools. · Active role in developing bilingual subject teachers across the whole school to ensure they adhere to HTS and Harrow’s way of T
