职责: 1.Develop and maintain a coherent database architecture within RE that ensures frontline fundraisers and senior administrators have access to accurate, timely, and useful donor and constituent information. 2.Working closely with CAO, Development Coordinator and ITS, to design and conduct data analysis projects and strategic reports for gift, constituent, and moves management processes which result in meaningful, actionable information. 3.Design and maintain data architecture for additional RE modules to help Advancement Team members fully utilize the database. 4.Working closely with ITS, develop, maintain, and implement a system that adheres to the data standards of the school to ensure the smooth integration of data with other HKIS data systems. 5.Undertake other duties and functions as required that will impact and strengthen the contributions of the Advancement department and overall operations of the school. Requirement: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, MIS, or similar dataintensive background. Candidates with extensive database management experience will also be considered. Experience: 5 years’ experience in technology with a record of increasing responsibilities, with at least 2 years’ experience operating or managing a CRM system. Preferred: database management experience with The Raisers Edge, The Raisers Edge NXT, or other fundraising database management system. Preferred: experience using Tableau or comparable data analytics and visualization tools.
