1.safety;p&l,quality,risks control.
responsible for overall manufacturing operation, to make operation plans and take implementation consistenting with the achievement of group strategy and target;
2. to improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing operations;
3. to lead production capacity optimisation, continuous improvement, innovation and change;
production safety:
4. responsible for all matters associated with health, safety, environment in the plant;
food safety:
5. to monitor and control food safety and ensure the standards are maintained within specifications;
quality:
6. to monitor production quality through the qa-system and improve product quality and overall manufacturing efficiency through procedures and processes;
cost:
7. to control plant cost and make annual budget plan;
project:
8. to lead and coordinate production projects.
任职要求：
学历：
flour milling bachelor degree or above dipoma. engineer,chief miller;
工作经验：
minimum 5 years relevant experience in food or related industry, with 5 years management experience in production or operation functions; flour milling operation 5 years;
知识及技能：
fine milling experts with comprehensive knowledge for wheat, market and baking; familiar with flour customers and market in west china; strong organization and communication skills, problem solving skills; excellent management skills (hierarchical and functional management); ability to work closely with various production plants; good command of english writing and oral skills.
