1、customer key interface and responsible of communication between customers and various departments within the company. responsible of each project from rfq to end stage.
2、 leading the project to start and formulate a new project output import schedule, follow up the project progress, update the project progress on time and report to the customer, so that the customer can fully understand the progress of the project.
3、maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
职责描述：
1、客户关键沟通窗口，负责客户与公司内部各部门之间的沟通。负责每个项目的rfq到最后阶段。
2、领导项目启动并制定新项目输出输入计划，跟进项目进度，
按时更新项目进度并向客户报告，以便客户充分了解项目进度。
3、保持良好的客户关系以避免问题升级。
job requirements：
1、junior college or above, majoring in mold.plastic or mechanical engineering.
2、3+ years experiences on mold design. 3+ years experiences on project manage.
3、familiar with mold design, manufacturing and plastic processing is essential.
4、excellent command of english writing, listening and speaking.
5、good communication and customer delighting skills.
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，模具相关专业；
2、有3年以上模具设计经验，3年以上项目跟进经验；
3、熟悉出口模具设计标准，熟悉塑胶产品成型工艺；
4、良好的英语读、写能力；
5、良好的沟通表达能力。
