• ensure effective management and maintenance of properties
• ensure consistently high occupancy rate, whilst optimizingmaximising rental returns
• share responsibilities of budgetary control, leasing, tenancy, renewal, rent review, licensing and preparation of related documents
• handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively & efficiently
• maintain good relations with tenants and consultants
• manage tenant fit-out projects
• collect market intelligence and give advice to the team about the latest news in the market
• be creative and to facilitate the transformation of leasing and management procedure into a more digitalized and efficient way
• directly supervise and grow junior staff
任职要求：
• university graduate. with professional qualification in general practice surveying / ricsahkis or equivalent would be an asset
• excellent command of spoken and written mandarin and english
• good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude
• minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in leasing and property management, especially in office complexes or shopping malls
• international exposure would be an asset
• track record of staff supervision
• pc knowledge in windows, ms word and ms excel
