major duties & responsibilities
• analyze client databases and develop plans to prioritize activity to maximize revenue for the assignment and create value for customers.
• primarily manage business development by different channels.
• understand customer’s requirements and interact with our client and customer’s design team on technical issues.
• create and implement a prospecting plan in industries includes pv inverters, ups, active power filter, electric, hybrid vehicles and wind mill.
• build effective individual relationships and networks with potential clients.
• sustain and enhance client relationships promoting a high level of client satisfaction.
• build and lead a sales team to achieve the sales target and share competitive intelligence with team.
qualifications
• engineering background preferred in electrical/electronic
• project sales of power electronic components
• abundant experience in industry of inverter manufacturing or inductor sales company is highly preferred.
• 3+ years working experiences in a similar field
• excellent communication skills, both english and chinese in writing and oral
• sales skills and experience from sales of manufactured goods
• proven skills in market research and introduction of new products
• ability to drive market development and take initiatives.
• team player and able to adapt quickly
