education background: masteror above in material science, mechanical, heat treatment, welding or surface coating,familiar with fundamental material science and metallography theory,
学历：硕士及以上学历，专业：材料、机械、热处理、焊接或表面喷涂；熟悉材料学及金相理论。
work experience: having more than 5 years with metallography investigationor failure analysis related to metal material, such as steel, heat treatment, mechanical, hard surfacing, brazing, also familiar with the related manufacture process.
工作经历：在金属材料相关行业（钢铁、热处理、机械、表面硬化、钎焊）从事5年以上金相分析或失效分析工作，并且熟悉相关的工艺过程。
english skill: be fluent in oral and written english; having work experience in english spoken company is preferred.
能用英文交流并撰写报告，外企工作经历更佳。
other requirements:

responsibilities:
1. metallography investigation and failure analysis on customer’s sample, major in pm parts, involved in sco and brazing parts.
2. metallography investigation on r&d projects.
3. develop metallographic sample preparation and etching method for new materials.
4. build metallography database for existing and new materialsand application.
5. metallography training, external and internal.
6. daily lab management
职责：
1. 客户样品金相及失效分析，主要为粉末冶金件，涉及少量表面热喷涂件、钎焊件等。
2. 参与研发项目，负责金相研究。
3. 为新材料建立金相样品制备和腐蚀方法。
4. 为公司产品及其应用建立金相数据库。
5. 公司内、外部金相培训。
6. 实验室日常管理。
