根据项目的发起方提出的项目需求，就性能，质量，成本，延迟和安全方面的业务需求，定义、执行和管理项目，以达到最佳结果
工作职责:
参与项目规划，搜寻候选供应商，带领预调研方案，为领导解释解决方案，管理合同和采购，管理招投标，审阅和编辑采购和运维合同，对项目时间线和交付物负责，为业务用户识别并建议优先级，具备项目经理的职业素养严肃专业的尊重时间线和预算，并做及时对项目风险提出预警，并在职能范围内才去缓释风险手段。
作为系统运维，基础建设，商务智能团队的协调中枢，为供应商和业务用户建立有效、准确的沟通渠道。
收集和分析需求，在时间，范围，成本的框架下，协助供应商将业务需求进行技术分析
与用户合作深挖业务需求，协助测试，记录和跟踪技术问题
保障系统发展和更新运维（安装新包，跑批），以及相关的文档记录
为上级领导制作汇报材料并解释技术方案，建议。
监控和管理供应商项目经理并保护项目时间线，交付高质量文档，并快速识别解决需求差异和开发中遇到的问题。
教育背景及相关经验
信息系统，工程，商业，财务或运营管理学士学位，拥有3 - 5年的信息系统项目管理或业务运营经验
知识以及技能 :

main responsibilities:
participate in project planning, search candidate vendors, lead preliminary study, present solution to upper management, manage contracts and procurement, manage tender, revise procurement and maintenance contract, be responsible for project time and deliveries, identify and propose priorities to business stakeholders, professionally respect deadline and budget, make escalation for project risks, and mitigate risks within work scope.
act as a liaison between the business users and so, is, bi team, and establish efficient and precise communication and coordination between users and suppliers.
lead requirement collection and analysis, and assist vendors to specify requirements to functional application within time, scope, and budget of the project.
work closely with end users to develop and test requirements, record and track technical issues.
ensure evolution and corrective maintenance (installation of new releases, batch coding) as well as related documentation.
create and delivers presentations to senior business leaders to explain technical approach, recommendations, and application design.
monitor and manage project manager of vendor to protect project deadlines and deliver high quality documentation，quickly identifies and resolves requirement gaps or technical issues.
education and experience
bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, finance or operations management with 3-5 years of information systems project management or business operations experience
skills and knowledge:
experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
proficient in microsoft office tools including project, word and excel.
excellent time management and organizational skills.
previous experience related to the identification of project issues, determination of project risk, development of mitigation plans and/or leading the execution of action plans.
independent judgment and decision making ability.
excellent communications and leadership skill.
strong customer relations experience.
action oriented and results driven.
working knowledge of microsoft project with at least 1 year of experience.
cmmi, pmp, prince2 certification is preferred.
banking and/or financial services industry experiences a plus.
knowledge of english both spoken and written is mandatory.
