职位描述：
工作职责:
1.组织项目相关会议 (比如：项目周会，子项目周会，与供应商的周会)，会前收集各个职能部门的会议议程。
2.记录会议相关问题和达成的结论，并生成相关ar和追踪ar落地。
3.制定项目时间表和工作分解结构。并追踪项目的进度和资源问题， 比如：时间表的提前或延后，资源的不足或过剩。
4.跨部门需求协调及文档整理，报告收集，ipd相关文档的整理。
5.实时发现和反映项目中存在的问题，并上报pdt leader和ceo office。
扩展职能：
1.优化项目流程，提高跨职能部门的协同效应。建立与leading product之间的良好反馈机制，利用system solution的灵活性，补偿leading product的潜在可靠性风险。
basic functions:
1. organize meetings （e.g.: program meeting, pdt weekly meeting and weekly meeting with vendors）, collect meeting agendas for each functional department before the meeting;
2. record meeting related issues and conclusions, and generate relevant ar and tracking ar;
3. develop project schedule and work breakdown structures. and track project progress and resource issues, e.g.: schedule push in/out, insufficient or excess resources;
4. coordinate the cross-function requirements and then to generate into document, report collection, and ipd related document summary;
5. identify and reflect project problems in real time and report to pdt leader and ceo office;
extended function:
1. optimize project processes and improve across functions teams’ coordination. formed a good feedback mechanism with the leading product, and take advantage of the flexibility of the system solution to compensate for the potential reliability risks of leading product;
教育背景&从业经验要求:
全日制本科及以上学历；
项目管理、半导体相关专业优先；
项目管理工作一年以上（首选）；
岗位技能:
有相关产品技术背景；
英语听说读写熟练；
熟练使用excel、ppt、ms-project等软件；
具备相关项目管理经验，拥有pmp等资格证书优先；
具备电气/电子系统的良好基础（首选）；
在存储产品或系统中亲身开发经验（首选）；
在跨国公司、研发或产品开发组织的工作经验（首选）；
一般技能&其它要求:
具备良好的职业素养，踏实勤奋、认真细致，勇于担当、责任心强；
具备较强的逻辑判断和项目落地能力，善于统筹推进和沟通协调；
具备良好的服务意识，善于发现问题、分析问题和解决问题；
具备较强的团队合作意识和管理能力，有良好的沟通协调能力。
education & work experience
1.full-time undergraduate education or above;
2.project management and semiconductor related majors are preferred;
3.more than one year experience about project management (preferred);
professional competence
1.relevant product technical background;
2.skilled in english listening, speaking and reading;
3.skilled in using excel, ppt, ms-project and other software;
4.relevant project management experience and have priority in pmp and other qualification certificates;
5.good fundamentals in electrical/electronic systems (preferred);
6.hands-on development experience in electronics products or systems (preferred);
7.working experience in mnc & r&d or product development organizations (preferred);
