minimize machine's shut down time by efficient pm maintenance activity ,

quick troubleshooting for machine electrical problem.
快速解决设备电气方面的故障
new workstations and facilities installation
新设备的安装调试
follow equipment and machinery standard to check the new equipment
新设备的验收及确认
troubleshooting in electrical area
电气设备的故障处理
developing preventive maintenance schedule ,monitoring the operating status and analyzing the pm result
制定预防性维护计划，设备状态监控表
developing spare parts list and control inventory level
制定备件清单及安全库存
plc programming and machine maintenance
plc编程及设备维护
machines ‘checking ,inspecting, repairing and modification
设备的点检，维修及改进
find the weakness of the workstations, and find solution to optimize the control system
发现设备的缺陷并解决优化
co-operate with others outside service provider for solving problems or optimizing the work stations
配合外部供应商解决、优化设备的问题
任职要求：
1 major in automation or mechatronics, bachelor degree or above;
电气自动化或机电一体化专业，大学本科及以上学历
2 at least 5 years experience in maintenance industry in international enterprise;
至少5年以上大型跨国企业的维修工作经验
3 be familiar with siemens plv/hmi ,mitsubishi plc/hmi system;
熟悉西门子plc/hmi，熟悉三菱plc/hmi
4 befamiliar with ipc;
熟悉工控机
5 good reading english in electrical and related area.
