responsibility:
manage production processing including
involve in electrical heater new projects as core team member
develop production process and fixture
make new machine specification
machine sub supplier development and technical support
new machine debugging and try run
develop process document as pfema, process flowchart and control plan
update the working instruction
new staff training
production failure and defect analysis
emergency plan of production
make trial run of the new project
make staff training of new projects
complete other work assigned by manager
requirement:
at least 3 years work experience with a in an international automotive supplier
at least 5 years of experience for processing or equipment in manufacturing field
additional experience in purchasing and / or quality is a plus
native mandarin speaker and perfect in english
bs degree in manufacturing engineering or related field
familiar with quality improvement tools and lean production
well knowledge on quality tools and ts16949
