职位描述：
responsibility:
moderate and conduct lean trainings and improvement workshops on all levels (including value stream mapping, smed, etc.)
coaching of team leaders for lean tools
train site leadership and shop-floor teams on the general idea of the production system, lean basics and advanced tools, kpis and performance management
supports strategy deployment and target setting of the operation
training and coaching of kpi cascading(kpi/ppi/api) and monitoring the kpi transfer to shop floor level
implement and adjust global strategy
development of daily management system,(shop floor management, meeting culture, standard work for leadership and layered audit)
development of proposals, concepts and strategies regarding process optimization (for example production processes, internal material flow, etc.) and workplace ergonomics
carry out improvement projects (i.e. using dmaic)
requirement:
at least 3 years work experience in international automotive supplier or industry company
at least 5 years of experience as lean engineer
familiar with lean tools and lean thinking
native mandarin speaker and perfect in english
bs or above degree
ability to facilitate workshops
excellent practical and trainer knowledge of lean tools (5s, vsm, smed, etc.)
very good communication and presentation skills
high social competence and profound experience in change management of organizations and processes
decision capability and assertiveness
analytical mindset and structured working methods
