responsibilities:
education, training and support (20%)
workclosely with rhq eco to support the function as a resource concerning businessethics, standard of conduct, and ethical relationships with customers,suppliers, co-workers, external parties, including the government and service suppliers.
workclosely with other rhq corporate functions to establish business controls andregulating system to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and otis/utcpolicies & procedures in its transactions, operations and management –internally and externally.
supportroot cause analyses (e.g., ace) with business leaders and relevant companymembers to meaningfully assess escapes to continually improve businesspractices and controls.
supportcompliance programs initiated and led by rhq ethics and compliance team.
investigations (80%)
supportsim to conduct daily investigation case management, including database checkand preparing reports as requested.
underthe direction from sim, conduct compliance investigations, including but notlimited to: database search, electronic data review, document review, on-sitevisit and interview support.
provideadvices to the investigation team per your professional discipline
qualification:
passionand strong belief in ethics and morals;
strongwork ethics and detail oriented;
education:bachelor degree or above, major in law or accounting or relevant discipline;
experience:at least 2 years of working experience in audit, compliance, finance or legal;

6.professionaland tactful in communications to promote collaboration and open workenvironment, yet able to be direct and straightforward in relevantcircumstances;

8.language:fluent in chinese and english both at speaking and writing.
