help manage the lab
and assist prof parpura (pi) and profmontana(co-pi) with daily operations.
一、基本工作职责

laboratory records of protocols, cell lines, bacterial stocks, dna,
oligonucleotides, antibodies and proteins, and other supplies. maintain
equipment, including computers, in working condition. send out reagents upon
request. place and receive orders. （5%）2.参加每周的实验室会议和期刊俱乐部。定期在medline上检索所选主题。 2. participate in
weekly lab meetings and journal club. search medline on a regular basis
for selected topics. （20%）3.培训实验室人员的基本技术。确保标准缓冲液（尤其是培养室内）的库存（可与他人协作）。 3. train others in
lab in basic techniques. make sure stocks of standard buffers,
especially culture room, are maintained (may direct another to do this). （5%）4.确保遵守健康和安全方面的规定。监督并向pi和联合pi汇报实验室的财务情况（如各项实验室支出）。 4. make sure health
and safety regulations are followed. oversee and report to the pi and
co-pi on financial aspects, i.e. spending, of the lab （40%）5.协助pi和联合pi完成所有（专业和个人方面）的日常事务。包括语言方面的协助。 5. assist pi and
co-pi with all (professional and personal) daily operations. this
