岗位职责:
1.完成上级领导交代的工作任务,包括工作目标和工作职责
Fulfill tasks assigned by concerned leaders, including the performance objectives and job responsibilities.
2.了解希尔顿的政策及程序,并保证所有的程序都确实地按照希尔顿运行着
Awareness of Hilton policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within Hilton guidelines.
3.知道自己的职责,并严格执行职业,健康和安全方面的立法、政策和程序
Beaware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safetylegislation, policies and procedures.
4.熟悉财物保管,急救,火警和紧急突发事故处理程序,安全熟练的操作设备/器材
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
5.对危险情况采取最初步的措施,并通知管理者潜在的危险
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
6.与住店客人建议并保持良好的关系, 争取做到超前服务
Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests inorder to exceed their needs.
7.遵守酒店的品牌标准
Adhereto hotel brand standards.
8.充分了解酒店的产品和服务,以便更好地为顾客解释和推销酒店的服务和设施
Maintaina high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
9.与同事, 上级,组员以及各部门间建立良好的合作和互信关系
Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments to deliver positive results.
任职资格:
1.Skill of spoken and written English
有一定英语口语和书写能力
2.Good attitude and willing to learn
良好态度,踏实肯学
3.Prioritise international brand same position work experience
国际酒店同岗实习或工作经历者优先
工作时间:
1.做五休二,8小时工作制
2.每年7天带薪年假
