职责: 1.Develop and maintain a coherent database architecture within RE that ensures frontline fundraisers and senior administrators have access to accurate, timely, and useful donor and constituent information. 2.Working closely with CAO, Development Coordinator and ITS, to design and conduct data analysis projects and strategic reports for gift, constituent, and moves management processes which result in meaningful, actionable information. 3.Design and maintain data architecture for additional RE modules to help Advancement Team members fully utilize the database. 4.Working closely with ITS, develop, maintain, and implement a system that adheres to the data standards of the school to ensure the smooth integration of data with other HKIS data systems. 5.Undertake other duties and functions as required that will impact and strengthen the contributions of the Advancement department and overall operations of the school. Requirement: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, MIS, or similar dataintensive background. Candidates with extensive database management experience will also be considered. Experience: 5 years’ experience in technology with a record of increasing responsibilities, with at least 2 years’ experience operating or managing a CRM system. Preferred: database management experience with The Raisers Edge, The Raisers Edge NXT, or other fundraising database management system. Preferred: experience using Tableau or comparable data analytics and visualization tools.

工作职责:
1.严格遵循SOP标准流程操作。
2.准确并及时的完成系统录入,提单制作,费用处理并核对清关资料
3.在规定的时间内通过邮件处理客户的疑问并且提供满意的解决方案。
4.与团队合作,协助客户处理异常问题。
5.寻找流程改进的可能性并且提供相应的解决方案。
6.与团队成员分享好的经验,共同提高。

任职要求:
- 大专以上学历
- 良好的日语能力,N2及以上者优先。
- 熟练操作各种办公软件,例如Excel。

职责: ● Manage all systems to ensure the overall integrity of data, security, and infrastructure in all areas of information technologies, including networking and systems, telecommunications (voice and data), and library systems. ● In collaboration with the Security Engineer, implement appropriate IT security procedures, configure security software and implement security administration functions across multiple platforms to ensure that the school’s information assets are properly protected. ● Ensure that help desk tickets for hardware and software are resolved in a timely manner. ● With the IT Infrastructure Services Team, plan and oversee all network hardware, server hardware and operating systems, and network storage. Lead the Infrastructure Services Team in the research, testing, evaluation, and recommendation of tools and utilities that improve or enhance network performance, network reliability, and user support and their impact on existing system configurations. ● Lead the Infrastructure Services Team to develop and maintain best practices and standards in process, design, architecture, and operations of all aspects of service-oriented information technology delivery. ● Document, plan, and control hardware acquisitions and installations to ensure that they are consistent with the school's strategic plans. ● Monitor, fine-tune, and report LAN/WAN, server, and workstation utilization and performance; recommend continuous improvements based on operational reports. 要求: ●University graduate, At least five years relevant experience designing, implementing, managing, supporting and documenting Microsoft Windows, SAN, NAS, Palo Alto firewall, VMWare, Veeam Backup, Cisco ISE, and Linux networks. ● Effective English communication skills, verbal and written. The ability to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage. ● Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work as a flexible, collaborative, and supportive team member while excelling in a fast-paced service environment. ● Problem-solving skills on network, hardware and software, maintenance, repair, and recovery.

岗位职责:
一、阿里巴巴平台操作
1、处理和跟进询盘、RFQ报价
2、优化滞后、低效果产品
3、将来源于阿里巴巴的客户,进行数据手机和资料入档
二、客户开发
1、不断获取新客户的信息,包括基本信息和联系方式,及时录入系统
2、做新客户的背景调查和客户分析
3、筛选新客户,并进行分类和归档
4、发开发信
5、对优质客户适时电话跟进,对未回复客户电话跟进
6、通过App社交软件、Email、电话交流等方式,向客户定期推新款
7、完善客户信息、获取客户的采购计划
