一、工作内容:
1、不需要推销新客户,负责对已经在作业帮各类APP及公众号里购买了我们低价体验课的学员进行维护服务,答疑解惑;
2、做好开课提醒,课中维护好课堂纪律,课后及时与家长微信电话沟通学员上课以及学习情况,及时反馈;
3、体验课周期一周左右结束时做好体验课到正价课的转化,做好转化率。
